The Field Leadership Course is designed to help you transform, so that you can transform your organisation.

As leaders we must learn how to lead real transformation – a process that is less about tools and more about who you are as a leader.

Over 9 months, we facilitate a process beneath the surface of our professional persona to embrace the shadows of our leadership style and to bring out more wisdom and courage.

We practice how to inspire and lead stakeholders and teams through break-through results and explore how to apply progressive organisational structures used by some of the most pioneering organisations in the world.

It is not our intention that you understand the complexity and all the theory behind this model. Just know that it matches the complexity of leadership in praxis and that our course design and facilitation is founded on the insights of many great minds that came before us.
