Frankly, we are tired of playing by rules that no longer serve the world. We believe that many leaders feel the same. If we do not transform how business is done today, everyone continues to pay a high price – from employees, leaders and business check-books to the planet at large.
This is a time and age, where we must choose who we are, what we stand for and what we absolutely must insist on.
Our work is for leaders who are willing to play their part in doing good. It intends to raise the bar for what is possible for those who have the courage to stand out.

15 years ago I read a book about a consulting company, that facilitated transformation in a mining community with 25.000 people in only 4 years. Cost went down and productivity went up, but more importantly violence and other difficult community problems were reduced to a fraction. How? They facilitated a transformation of the conversation between leaders, workers and the community at large. I was hooked immediately.
MøllerBeck is founded on this idea: That we can change performance, become more purpose driven and human-centred if we start by looking at the way we talk and experience the world around us.
