The Calling Retreat is a 3,5 day experience for anyone who is ready to explore what role they feel called to play – at work and in life at large.
Follow your bliss
The late Joseph Campbell tought us to learn from our collective myths and after five decades of work he eventually said something along the lines: To learn to live our lives well – we must learn to follow our bliss.
As leaders and and human beings alike, we cannot think of anything more important, than learning to follow the path feels true to us. A path that makes your heart sing, though it often leads through times of darkness too.
We believe the world needs more people, who are truly alive at work and at home, and lead themselves with courage to do what is right instead what is easy.
Have the courage to listen
To start the journey we must learn to truly listen. We must learn to notice the inner voice that guides us to courageously go left when everyone else leans right.
Our participants share amazing stories of transformation. Piercing clarity about what role to play at work. Relationships with life-partners taking new positive turns. Finding ease with difficult business decisions, setting healthier boundaries, starting new companies, and simply forming deep and more compassionate relationships with themselves.

Möllan Retreat is approximately a 4 hour drive from Copenhagen.

- Regular (as a business): 7.500 DKK, excl. VAT
- Non-business: 5.550 DKK, incl. VAT
- Early bird non-business: 4.950 DKK, incl. VAT
We distinguish between business and non-business tickets. Our work is normally done in a business only context, but The Calling Retreat is relevant for everyone, and we want to make it as accessible as possible.
If you want to join with colleagues, we offer group discounts for more than two people. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll find a good price for you.
Participants
Unlike The Field Leadership Course – which is our transformative 9 month course for experienced leaders – The Calling Retreat is open to everyone.
First. Your willingness to listen to calling, is not defined by age and is not dependent on experience, sex, or any other denominator. It is about allowing yourself to be ready.
In our opinion, we need a world full of people who follow their calling. People who truly feel alive and have the courage to do important things. And this is our part in making it happen.
Second. We want you to bring a friend, life-partner or close colleague to share the experience with. We have tried to set prices that are accessible, even though it is not paid by an employer. It is amazing to be witnessed by a person you feel close to, and it is great to have someone to reflect with once you get back home.
Finally. Don’t worry about what your work is, or where you are at in life. If you feel ready for an adventure, then you will be the perfect participant.
