The Field Leadership Course is designed to help you transform, so that you can transform your organisation.
As leaders we must learn how to lead real transformation – a process that is less about tools and more about who you are as a leader.
Over 9 months, we facilitate a process beneath the surface of our professional persona to embrace the shadows of our leadership style and to bring out more wisdom and courage.

Co-CEO Thomas Rode-Obelitz shares his experience with transformational leadership.
Thomas has been a Director for 9 years and a Co-CEO for 5 years. IMPACT Extend is a 1st tier digital marketing agency with 50 employees and is growing at 35% per year. The company is also part of the larger digital commerce agency IMPACT A/S with approximately 400+ employees.

Simon Krohn
Simon is an expert in yoga and breathing, and has taught internationally and served clients such as Microsoft, Novo Nordisk, FCK the Danish superliga football team and the Danish Naval Special Forces.
Thomas Pålsson
Thomas is a visual artist and teacher, and has contributed to award winning architecture projects such as The Silo (COBE) and Streetmekka Viborg (EFFEKT) and worked with clients such as LEGO, By og Havn and Unionkul.
Bruno della Chiesa
Bruno is a professor at Harvard University researching 'learning in a globalized world'. He has previously worked as a French diplomat for about 10 years and is a trained linguist, published author and science fiction editor.

Our Transformational Leadership Model is formed by the integral theory developed by Ken Wilber. It combines a set of pioneering ideas, well-established research and old wisdom from a gallery of leading scientists, thinkers and practitioners.
Turning theory into practice
It is not our intention that you understand the complexity and all the theory behind this model. Just know that it matches the complexity of leadership in praxis and that our course design and facilitation is founded on the insights of many great minds that came before us.
